Maureen will always be remembered as "the lollipop lady" she made many kids day alot brighter before during and after the school day I will always remember when we were meant to be swimming but instead I was sat there nattering to Maureen and being given a couple of extra strong mints from her pocket much to the heads annoyance A massive character who will always be remembered by so many who grew up in Papworth

Maureen - I will always remember you teaching us to swim in the pool behind the old school , and also helping us cross the road safely as our favourite lolly pop lady - you’re a legend and will be missed by many and loved by all ❤️
